Orders

Orders placed before 22:00 (Madrid time) are delivered the next day in the time slot you choose (10:00–14:00 or 14:00–18:00). Orders after 22:00 are delivered the following day.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros per piece and include VAT. Your order is only confirmed once payment is completed.

Delivery

We deliver to your door inside Nera Living. Please make sure your building, floor and apartment are correct.

Cancellations and refunds

Because our treats are fresh, perishable food made to order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Spanish consumer law, art. 103 TRLGDCU). If you need to cancel, contact us before 22:00 the day before delivery at support.ism12@gmail.com and we will refund you. If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we'll make it right.

Allergens

Our products are homemade and may contain or be in contact with gluten, eggs, milk, nuts and other allergens. Ask us before ordering if you have any allergy.
